  I chose local and small as it is good to have firms close by especially on equipment such as solar panels, and small usually means you are dealing with people who care. This is exactly what we found with ZLC Energy from the moment the very knowledgable sales engineer first visited to the time the system was commissioned, and support thereafter, even when the problem was self-inflicted. ZLC came up with a design that put our installation across two roofs, but this provided the greatest yield and the forecasts have been very accurate. We asked if the installation of the equipment indoors could be discrete and hidden where possible and the result was superb. We have no obvious equipment indoors apart from the pieces of equipment that we need access to, but even these have been wired into cupboards with cabling carefully hidden when necessary. The team were excellent, have a great rapport with their clients and were always a pleasure to have on site, didn’t even drink lots of tea and coffee, even though it was offered on a regular basis. We have been very pleased with the installation and would have no hesitation in recommending ZLC Energy to others.

  Very poor post-sales support as they were not interested in fixing a problem with their installation. After escalation and intervention from the manufacturer, an engineer visited and fixed the issue.

  Very helpful professional company. We had PV panels installed. They dealt with everything, including all the necessary paperwork. Work was completed on time, leaving our property clean and tidy. The PV panels are working well.
