5Greenscape dealt with my Solar and Air Source Heat pump installation at a very busy time for them. Very happy with the experience and outcomes. - relaxed and clear survey and quote process. - professional installation crews - customer experience focus - quick fault resolution - no hidden charges - easy to contact - high levels of Integrity Good value for money I was particularly impressed with remote fault fixing (air block on ASHP).

1They like to take your money off you but then leave you in the lurch when something goes wrong. It's been over a month since they last replied to my emails and I now have a battery system that doesn't charge above 21%. I definitely wouldn't recommend this lot.

1Greenscape installed a Stiebel Eltron ASHP system for me and provided great advice pre-sale. Since then, after 6 failures of a component of the heating system their service has become steadily worse. No emails or calls are replied to despite repeated requests, including a formal complaint to their CEO, having been without heating for a month.

5From start to finish we were informed about everything. Scaffolders were on time and very efficient with little interference to us. The electrician and panel fitters were also on time and explained what they were doing as they progressed and were excellent and extremely helpful and friendly. Everything finished in a day, unfortunately battery that we want was not available at time of installation. We are expecting this within a month. No hesitation in recommending this company and installers.

1Great installation but truly awful after sales service. Nobody answers the phone, nobody follows up voicemail messages, and nobody replies to e-mails. If anything goes wrong, you're on your own.

1Everything went smoothly from the start, they were very proactive in following up on phone calls and emails and very keen to get you onboard. However, after the installation I found that a tile had been damaged by the scaffolding which was put up and I have been chasing this up for months now - first I used to get prompt responses from the support team but now they have even stopped responding - when you spend so much money on solar panels (and they wasn’t the cheapest either) you would think they would give you a tiny fraction of it back to repair the damage without hesitation but instead they just say they will get someone to look into it but then they just leave you waiting. If you are thinking about using them just don’t expect to get compensated if anything goes wrong or they damage anything!

1I have a system installed by Greenscape which is great when it is working, but service aftercare is sadly lacking. You can expect to be off grid for weeks or months, as I still am, as they dont seem to have sufficient engineers to make visits

5Have had a heat pump system from Greenscape up and running a few weeks. Contrary to my expectation I don’t have to think about the system at all now it is set up, which is perfect. The heating actually works better than before as the radiators are now balanced. I previously had solar panels from them and that was a good experience too. Put them together and yesterday I worked from home all of a sunny spring day and for a 4 bed house took only 0.2kWh from the grid, which is miniscule. Greenscape made the job very understandable and inspired confidence from the start. They handled all the planning and grants and followed through with a smooth and tidy installation.
