  We have just had a whole heating system installed and the AES team were fantastic. Not only were the team a very friendly bunch, they all worked very hard together as a team. They cleaned up at the end of each day which shows they care about their customers as well as their fine work. We are absolutely delighted. Thank you AES.

  The team at AES have recently completed a commercial refurbishment for us. It has been an absolute joy to work with them, approachable, reliable and a great team of plumbers that work hard and know their stuff! We can't wait to work with AES again!

  Charlie is a fantastic plumber. He is highly professional, knowledgeable and conscientious. Lisa in the office is an excellent communicator. We have had excellent service from AES, I recommend them unreservedly.

  We had AES work on our underfloor heating system, installing a new gas boiler, relocating the flue, upgrading the gas supply pipe, removing a thermal store cylinder, pumps, valves etc. and replacing a lot of pipework and reconfiguring the system. The main reason we chose AES was because of Marcus, the director who did the site survey and quote; of all the people we have had look at and work on the system over the last few years, nobody has had the experience and expertise that Marcus has. He came up with some very clever solutions to problems that nobody else had thought of and pointed out a safety issue with the previous flue that no other gas engineer or surveyor had ever noticed. Richard was the main engineer that carried out the works and he was very polite and conscientious as well as being extremely experienced and efficient. He was great at explaining everything that he was doing and gave lots of very useful advice. There were a few problems along the way but they were rectified very quickly and AES didn't ask for any payment until we had had adequate time to use the system for some time and were totally happy that everything was working as expected. They are a highly professional and well run operation and we will definitely be using AES for future works and would have no hesitation in recommending them, especially for work on underfloor heating systems.

  Just had my yearly boiler service done and again, I chose AES due to knowing what a professional and reputable company they are. The engineer was very good, helpful and polite and a credit to the company. Air source pump boiler services are not cheap but with AES you are getting an extremely thorough and proper job completed for your money and the security of using an established reliable company.
