  Brian slattery plumbers were reccomended to me after a few months of struggling to sort out a toilet installation. The customer service and communication with Siann was amazing and the work carried out by Wayne was efficient and of a very high standard. I would highly reccomend.

  Brian Slattery Plumbers were recommended by a neighbour, Sian in the office was very helpful when i called and explaned what i needed doing which was moving a gas pipe from one side of the room to connect my new gas hob, Craig the plumber was excellent and very polite and helpful, as my kitchen was not complete he moved the pipe on a tuesday then came back on the following monday around 6pm to complete the job for me, his work was excellent and would recommend this company as well as use them in the future 5 + stars for excellent service from start to finish...

  A local hardware store recommended Brian Slattery for LPG-registered work. I have called them a few times when things have gone wrong and would recommend them. They’ve been reliable, trustworthy, give practical advice and never made me feel overcharged. Most recently, I had an issue with the gas changeover system. They talked me through the fix over the phone on their emergency line, with no call-out fee or charges. I have two young children, so when the heating goes off it becomes urgent - Brian Slattery sorted it.

  The team at Brian Slattery are excellent. I want to thank Siann massively for her professionalism and level of concern she provided today. Without going into small details, Siann communicated with me with a personal touch as well as professional and made me feel not only like a valued customer but also a human being needing some reassurance. Siann arranged for Craig to come out same day and Craig was upfront and honest and put my mind at ease after having another company frighten me into needing a new boiler or having my gas cut off with a 4 week old baby at home during the winter. Siann, Craig and the team at Brian Slattery are amazing and I highly reccomend them to anyone with plumbing needs. Thank you all so much. I will be using them and only them from now on.

  I phone Slatterys Monday with a toilet seat problem. Henry came on Tuesday, what a lovely young man, and fitted a new one. I asked about converting to a Wet Room and he was very knowlegable. He took away a broken shower door, hence the Wet Room information and then I asked if my 12 month old boiler should be loosing pressure and he took a look at that. Can't fault this young man, nothing was too much trouble. Treat him well you don't want to lose him!!!

  Used Slattery's for the past few years, big jobs and small. They might not be the cheapest, but still excellent value because they always show up when they say they will, they always have the parts or can quickly nip out and get them, they always clean up after themselves and they're all lovely people. Would recommend to anyone.

  Five stars—truly a professional company! I had a new boiler installed and my radiators replaced and the whole experience was seamless. Danny and Henry were absolutely delightful—trustworthy, competent, and respectful throughout. They worked efficiently and tidied up as they went, which made a real difference.
