  I had a Stiebel Eltron ASHP and cylinder fitted. Coming from a technical background I do have a understanding of these systems so I had the usual 3 quotes, Eco installer was the most expensive! But the others were clearly slap it in as cheap as possible to keep as close to the boiler upgrade grant as possible, remember the old saying "quality is remembered long after the price is forgotten" also Stiebel Eltron is a more expensive system. From the start Eco installer filled me with confidence and I could tell these were people I could work with. The installation Engineers took pride in getting the installation perfect....the pipework is a work of art and I could not have asked for more. Why only 4 stars.... Eco installer is 5 star + but stiebel technical was the let down when it came to a problem with the firmware, such a shame they don't understand there own product or listen to what the customer is saying when a simple Google search reveals it's a known problem.

  Contacted Eco Installer for installation of solar panels with battery storage. The entire process was carried out in a friendly and professional manner. Suggestions that we made about the installation were taken into consideration and not dismissed. Our roof orientation is not optimal but Eco Installer came up with a design that gives us the best possible outcome. Overall very pleased with the end product, thanks Eco Installer.

  ​I had an excellent experience from start to finish with my solar panel installation. ​The initial enquiry process was a breeze; Bex and Ashleigh were incredibly clear, professional, and polite, making sure I understood all my options without any pressure. ​When it came to the big day, Barry and his team were fantastic. The installation was seamless, and they kept me updated throughout the entire process so I knew exactly what was happening.   Repeat customer here - once for an air-source heat pump and more recently for a battery storage system. The team were willing to go the extra mile and form a new relationship with the company I wanted to supply the battery, and went through the training required to become an accredited installer. I also talked extensively with them about installing solar PV too - I found them to be honest and pragmatic, and will be back for a solar installation hopefully in the near future.

  Eco Installer fitted an Air Source heat pump in my home this June.My old system was an absolute nightmare to remove but all of the engineers were brilliant.They were prompt very knowledgeable,patient and kind.The job was done efficiently and took less time than I anticipated. Special Thanks to Chris for making it all happen and to Sharon for keeping me well informed and answering all my questions. Would 100% recommend Eco Installer

  Super helpful guy came and serviced our air source heat pump. Very knowledgeable and answered a few questions which the installers didn't seem to know when it was installed last year. Thank you! Will be booking again next year.

  Our situation was probably a bit more complicated than some in that we didn’t have space to put the outdoor heat pump unit directly outside our house, and our indoor space needed rearranging too. We also wanted to have some cooling ability from the system, to ease summer heatwaves. Eco Installer worked with us tirelessly to find a solution and took a great deal of time and care to look into our suggestions and put forward ideas of their own. The team who came to do the installation were quick, friendly and efficient – very easy to have around – and we were kept informed throughout about dates and timing. The whole thing was completed quite quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Eco Installer to anyone looking to have a heat pump installed.

  I contacted Becki as my heating kept getting an error message, Becki was so helpful and got Chris to FaceTime me and talk me through operating and restarting my heating system. He was very patient and explained everything so thoroughly that I was confident enough to restart the system when it failed by myself. Becki then followed up the next morning to see if all was well. I cannot thank them both enough and would definitely recommend this business, they went above and beyond. Terrific customer Service.

  Would highly recommend, they are professional, friendly and incredibly helpful. The whole team are brilliant. Recently changed items in a couple of bathrooms, great work and tidy!. Thank you Jack. They have dealt with a variety of plumbing, installation, heating works and I have been very pleased.
