  Scam! Do not touch! Just had a unsolicited phone call telling me something wrong with my insulation. Said I wanted time to think plus not happy giving details over phone to a company I've never heard of. Asked for a phone number to call back.... bloke said didn't know as was new to the job!! Since searched on Google for Green Eco Centre reviews.... scam!

  Had at least 7 harassing phone calls. Won't leave us alone despite multiple requests to do so. Always the same man named Chris, and when told to not contact us he is extremely rude and unprofessional. Don't get on their call lists!

  Adam and his team at Eco Green Energy fitted an ETA log and pellet boiler. The quoite we received was clear, detailed, transparent and competitive. The team arrived when they said they would arrive, worked efficiently, consulted us at every stage and completed the task on time. Overall, the work was carried out to an excellent standard. Adam promised much and delivered more. The after sales care is also superb. I recommend Eco Green Energy to you without reservation. Dr Barry Harrison

  We moved into a property which has a biomass boiler fitted and serviced by Adam. On moving in it was evident that the boiler was not regulating pressure and wasn't working. I rang Adam ASAP and explained that we had a 2 year old, no heating and a damp old house. Adam said he knew what the problem was and would order the part from Italy right away, he said he'd be with us in a week. The week came and went, another phone call and were told the part was on its way and he'd ring as soon as it landed. I reminded him we had a 2 year old who was developing a bad chest due to no heating. He said he would be in touch. To cut a long story short this was in April and it's now August and I'm still waiting for that phone call. We rang at least once a week to chase this up and were fobbed off each time . I ended up ringing another local company and they came out the very next day and resolved the issue (no part from Italy needed) Absolutely shocking service, especially with full knowledge of having a baby in the house! We will never contact them again.

  Disgraceful dangerous installation of undersized boiler not suitable for house only warm at best. Installed 8 mtrs away from main house pipe work and boiler on outside Uninsulated wall. With pipe work uninsulated in loft space of extension so barely warm by the time the pipes get to heat main house. NO ventilation in cylinder room causing major damage to ceiling and joist and walls. Said 18kw boiler but only fitted a 14 kw boiler so having to run at full power to try n warm house causing excessive use of pellets £300 a month :-( ... FIVE 5 leaks to boiler and cylinder. Wrong motherboard fitted had to get new suitable one. Hot water tank Much to small to keep constant hot water and heating. Have to have coal fire on to sufficiently heat house. See photos

  This Company is making unsolicited cold calls in breech of TPS regulations. On being notified of such they immediately terminated the call. Unacceptable behaviour by any professional organisation.

  Fantastic company and A**** backup and service Adam removed our old boiler and installed the new one in record time everything you could ask for is accommodated with there "nothing is a problem" attitude and he will answer the phone day or night
