  I've had excellent service twice from Synergy. first for an install of solar panels in 2020, which was done without hassle during a complex house extension project. Secondly, this year for the installation of a solar battery which was installed without any hassles and done to time and is working a treat. I can see the cost savings already!

  We had a solar installation with Synergy completed in November 2023. In contrast to the positive reviews, we had quite a mixed experience. Everything with the quote and setup of the job was excellent and they accommodated my request for a specific panel I wanted. They sent out a surveyor to take measurements of the roof who then advised it was possible to fit 15 panels on the front roof and to avoid needing panels on the rear. A few days before install the scaffold company arrives and before I know it, they've setup scaffolding at the front and back. I was confused as the design we agreed on only had panels at the front. I called Synergy and there was an hour of confusion as different designs were discussed and the scaffolders waited. Eventually they said actually no, we can't put 15 panels on the front, we'll go back to the original 12+3 on the back. Ok I thought, but weird the surveyor who initially came is now wrong? Install goes ahead and completed. At the end the panel installer questions why we had 12+3 instead of 15 on the front. I said because we were told it wouldn't fit. He then said, oh actually it would have fit no problems and he could have done that if he had known. Brilliant. I then check the inverter that was installed and it was the wrong inverter! It had half the capacity required. I then had to call and they promptly came out to replace it. If I hadn't had to foresight to check the spec, we would have had a completely non-functional system. Overall, it's disappointing to now have a system that is not as optimised as it could have been. In the years after, it's worked fine and there are no issues. But I have regrets about choosing Synergy for our install.

  This is the company to use if you want an excellent service. We have a Givenergy solar system which generally works perfectly. The problem is successfully be able to make contact with them when required. Because Synergy added a 2nd battery to our system, it meant that we could call on them for help. Lizzie and her team have been extremely helpful & supportive throughout our problems, culminating in a visit from Matt who was successful in correcting the issue. We can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you to an excellent team.

  We recently had four solar panels fitted to our home and Synergy Power Ltd provided an excellent service from start to finish and were very accommodating of our specific project requirements. Every member of staff we came in contact with provided a friendly and very professional response. If you’re considering solar technology I would highly recommend them, five stars for service.

  Used this company for solar and battery installation, they also replaced my ageing consumer unit. Absolutely great experience with this business from beginning to end. My experience was looked after by Roger in the office who may I add was one of the main reasons I decided to use this company. There were a few issues as the instal progressed but these were dealt with promptly and effectively. Every member of staff i interacted with were knowledgeable and professional and to put icing on the cake were actually really nice friendly fellas. If you want a company to trust with your installation look no further, not the cheapest but thats the whole reason they can offer a great service. This is a genuine review from a genuine customer in Lutterworth. Thanks to all the guys.

  We recently had solar panels and a Powerwall 3 battery installed by Synergy Power Ltd, and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Their efficiency truly impressed us; the process from initial contact to the start of installation was incredibly quick, with work commencing in a very short time frame. The quality of their service led us to expand our setup further, and Synergy Power Ltd promptly returned to install the Powerwall expansion pack and the new Zappi Glo charger, replacing our older car charger. Each addition was handled with the same professionalism and speed as the initial installation. Synergy Power Ltd is a truly great company. Their communication throughout was excellent, handling our queries and the many add-on requests quickly and without fuss. It's clear they prioritize customer satisfaction. Highly recommend them for any solar or home energy solutions!

  Whole experience was perfect. Excellent customer service from Elizabeth as an initial contact and then Ross the electrician was extremely competent, thorough, informative, pleasant, courteous and professional! Got my solar system up and running efficiently and solved a number of issues I had with it. Went above and beyond...100% recommend.

  Increasingly Solar Energy companies disappear soon after completion of installations. This was my experience and an obvious concern was getting another company to help with issues going forward. I have SolarEdge equipment and they recommended Synergy, who have upgraded my equipment and offer a presence and communication response I can rely on.
