  I had solar panels fitted a couple of years ago, then added batteries last Autumn. Solar Therm UK have been brilliant each time, very responsive, polite and of course reasonably priced. The real-time app is informative, though I am looking forward to new functionality where I can set the overnight battery capacity myself rather than raising a ticket.

  Great install from all of those involved. I've got a bit of an unusual roof shape and set up, but still managed to get plenty of panels on there without any issues and a good battery to boot. Although I got them installed in November they had a big impact back then, only I'm smiling more and more with every longer and brighter day that we have!

  We recently had thirteen new solar panels, an inverter and battery installed by SolarTherm UK. From the start to the finish of the project, it has been a great experience. The quote I was given was at a competitive price. Everyone who we have dealt with have been knowledgeable, profession, polite and helpful. The scaffolding was erected the day before installation and removed the same day the installation was completed. The crew who installed the solar panels worked really hard they were really friendly and easy to get on with, and nothing was too much for them and they explained everything we needed to know. The job was completed in a day and there was no mess left after they had finished. I would highly recommend this company to anybody thinking of having solar panels fitted.

  I've been highly impressed by SolarTherm throughout the process. I was recommended them by a relative after they handled a solar installation for him. Unlike several other companies I contacted, SolatTherm really listened to our objectives through the quoting process rather than aggressively up-selling us. Once we had agreed the plan the in-person interactions were great, from the site survey, scaffolding to the installation: all their staff were polite, friendly and efficient and did an excellent job, taking time to explain everything to us as they did so. After the installation was finished the customer aftercare has been strong, with several follow-up calls and emails to check in and rapid responses to our few questions. I would highly recommend SolarTherm, and indeed I have done so to others already.
