    We recently had Sureserve, Bathgate install a new boiler, radiators and smart vents to our home to make it more energy efficient. Wow, the guys on the day were absolutely incredible. They worked fast, as a tight team and all was finished with no issues by 3pm. From the initial survey to completion, they are brilliant. Really put our minds at ease shout what we could expect on the day. We now have a wonderful new boiler and radiators which means no more freezing showers and flashing warnings to repressurise the system. Highly recommend the team!

    We had a fantastic service from SureServe Bathgate staff. From the office staff, the boiler installation team, the smart vent team and even the Inspector, everyone was professional, courteous and helpful. I was slightly anxious after reading some of the negative reviews posted here. However, our experience has been ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you SureServe Bathgate, from two very happy customers 😊😊

    Were on our estate for a year still not finished they have gone now rubbish left still here very very slow in blyth

    Sureserve, more like unsureserve. We really don't know if we have been coming or going with this company, 4 months and job still not complete. From no shows to turning up at the wrong time, damage to my property, including my car being scratched, my bathroom door, skirting, carpet runners bent, carpets, etc and won't pay compensation! Best avoided in my opinion!

    Avoid them!! It was an absolute joke—we had cavity insulation and the state of my house and garden after their work requires a complete overhaul. A cracked wall inside the house, damaged garden decorations, lights, grass, and plants. Tons of white dust in the house—two weeks of deep cleaning and painting inside my home !!! They keep postponing the deadline for covering the holes in the house’s facade!! Every time excuses.. The manager promised repairs and pressure washing of the house—I don’t believe a single word since they can’t even finish the job they started!! Three weeks and it's still not finished! Nightmare….

    The guys came out to do the cavity wall insulation and said it would take a day they then advised would need to come back the following day to finish the job which they did do, but a week later when the next guys came to fill it. They said it had not been done properly and can not put the new insulation in. They needed to get someone back out to empty the rest of the insulation which again they did and the guys came back to refill it. The refill should take upto 2 hours and they were here 1 hour and 10 mins doing it which I was told would have been done properly, in my options the job was rushed due to the mistakes made and I'm still waiting after 6 weeks for them to check the job and clean my house. Rude staff and team managers and come to you door and dont know why there. Would never recommend this company.

    Had a survey carried out on my property for an ECO4 grant...Guy doing survey told me it wouldnt cost a penny for any work carried out..After chasing them for the results of the survey they said it would be 3.5k for the work..Also said someone would be in touch about the job and nobody has bothered calling me..Absolute waste of my time and no doubt they claim money for the survey..

    Had this company out numerous times at my neighbours were they need to through ma back gate 1. Broke my gate 2. What a mess they have left everytime in my back garden with dust,rubbish now chips 3. My other neighbours got let loose onto the street 4. A know the rules from being working in this industry and they should always be sheets put down to maintain as much stuff as possible

    They recently completed cavity walls at my home. I had 3 appointments in total, always on time and professional. They installed 2 electric fans too which are great. The only one minus is that is hard to reach them out via email because they don’t reply. I had my apportionments booked and didn’t even know about it because nobody sent me a confirmation and reply to my email. But when I phoned then everting was clearly explained so just better to phone them. Aparat from that they are very professional company.

    Called to report fault with my boiler on Wednesday morning at 830 am now day 4 still no one been to figure out the fault despite the fact that I have called number of times and that I have someone who is registered disabled in the house now the weekend office is closed.they just expect you to wait in the cold . very poor customer service.So glad after February I don't need to deal with them anymore.
