  I can't speak highly enough of Ace Solar Energy. We've had our system for 16 months now, and it's been brilliant. The installation was a complex one, but the lads took it all in their stride....truly experts in their field. What's impressed me most is the post-installation service. Any issue or query has been handled swiftly and perfectly by Lucy and the team. For example, had an issue with our Tesla Gateway over the weekend....contacted Lucy yesterday, fixed by Mark today. Just brilliant service from a company who are the best in the business. Lucy's always been happy to answer any questions regarding operating the system, and help is always on hand. It's the kind of support that other companies simply do not offer these days, and the peace of mind they provide is worth the cost of the installation alone. Truly experts in their field, if you want a solar system, look no further.

  Ace Solar from Wolverhampton recently installed a compete Solar PV system to my property, that is a 14 panel Aiko array to the roof, a 5kW inverter, a 5kW battery and an EV charger, all of these three items were manufactured by GivEnergy – I have nothing but praise for the way in which my enquiry, subsequent questions, installation, commissioning and ongoing support has been dealt with. I initially went to 3 local companies to enquire about a Solar PV Installation – I wanted to support local businesses, use direct labour from a local company, rather than suffer subcontractors often employed by larger national establishments, and I felt that local companies should be immediately ‘to hand’ if something goes wrong. From the very beginning, Ace Solar stood out; Lucy, Alicia and Tracey were all friendly, professional, knowledgeable and timely with looking at the different options available and answering all of my questions throughout the process. The installation team, including Matt, Will and Dale were again timely, professional and friendly, so too were they extremely neat with the installation (The only minor point being that the labelling of the installation was initially forgotten at installation). The commissioning all went without a hitch and the system has been working exactly as it was designed to since commissioning. All documentation, ongoing support and certification has been received in a timely manner and the Final Invoice exactly as the agreed Quotation. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ace Solar to install a Solar PV system.

  This company is excellent. From the initial enquiry to the fitting and beyond, nothing is too much trouble. They are quick to respond to any issues. The team are friendly professional. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Brilliant work. As the name states they are ACE.

  My parents had a fantastic experience with Ace Solar Energy, so when my father-in-law decided he wanted solar panels, I knew exactly who to call. Once again, the service was top-notch. The team kept us informed at every stage, ensuring a smooth process. Since I live a few hundred miles away and my father-in-law struggles with the internet, I was initially concerned about how things would go. However, Lucy and the entire team went above and beyond. They put extra measures in place, including secret words for communication, so he felt safe and supported throughout. They kept me updated every step of the way, which gave me complete peace of mind. Ace Solar Energy truly went the extra mile, and I couldn’t be more impressed. My father-in-law is absolutely chuffed with his new panels, and I can’t thank the team enough. First-class service from a first-class company!

  Amazing service from enquiry to completion. My initial enquiry was answered by Lucy and there's a person with a LOT of patience, I must have asked around 50 questions through about 25 emails (and some calls) and not once did I feel like I was being a bother (or an idiot!) as she answered questions, proposed alternatives or sought advice from colleagues for a few of my more technical questions. Martin (the boss) came out and did the survey, also speaking to the electrician who was just about to rewire the whole house to make sure everything would be suitable. Having decided on the solar panels, inverter and batteries (+ a free EV charger due to a GivEnergy promotion) a date was agreed. As I was having a chimney removed prior to the panels going up Lucy arranged for the scaffolding to go up early, saving me having to pay extra for the chimney scaffolding (much appreciated). On the 1st day of installation 3 vans with 6 guys pulled up a little after 9am and by 4pm had installed everything apart from a few panels and on day two 4 of the original 6 guys reappeared, fitted the final panels and the bird protection, wired it all together, tested everything and explained what did what (and what shouldn't be touched!) and then by around 1.30pm they were gone. Matt (the team leader), Will the main "sparks" and everyone else were all great and a credit to the company. I always do thorough research on anything that's costing me a significant amount of money and Ace Solar passed my research criteria as a well established company and exceeded my expectations in customer service and final outcome. If you think I'm possibly being over generous read some of my other reviews; I have no problem calling out poor service or disappointing companies. In this case however I highly recommend Ace Solar.

  We called for a quote from Ace Solar Energy for solar installation advice and we were told they where busy and to call back. The following week I asked for a survey to be carried out which they refused. Finally I got a online desktop quote then I comparied this over 3 other solar companies and they where far to expensive. So it was all a total waist of time.

  Excellent company to deal with - they were quick to provide a competitive quote and answered all my questions in a follow-up site visit. Solar and battery install was done quickly and the system was up and running in a couple of days. Highly recommended!
