  I’ve recently had a home storage battery installed and the team at Sunlight Future have been fantastic throughout. Very knowledgeable and helpful advice was provided to spec a suitable system for my home and needs. Their site inspection then helped finalise the system, installation location and cable routes. And the installation and commissioning was completed very professionally. I would highly recommend Sunlight Future, special thanks to Jeffin, Sam, James and Rupert.

  I came across Sunlight Futures through an online search, and they have been a totally class outfit from start to finish. We initially had a 4.6kW solar system and an Eddi for hot water installed, which has performed brilliantly. Based on that success, we got back in touch 2-3 years later to add a 10kW Sigenergy Battery and a further 1.9kW of solar. At all times, the team has been professional, providing excellent advice and detailed technical information. From the initial proposal through to completion, the installations were efficient and the staff were consistently polite. I would highly recommend Sunlight Futures and would certainly use them again for any future renewables work.

  This is our second install by Sunlight Future - 14 years after the first one. They made an excellent impression the first time, we had no hesitation contacting them again for a PV array, battery and EV charger connection at our new house in Nailsea. Everything was excellent from initial enquiry right through to handover. So, don't hesitate - you are in safe hands with this local, knowledgeable and reliable company!

  This was an installation of solar panels and battery. Work was completed ahead of expected schedule and was on budget. The team were uniformly polite, considerate and thoughtful in their discussions with us and throughout the installation, which was accomplished quickly and professionally. Communication was excellent throughout. Hard to over-praise them!

  Really excellent communications throughout the process, including lots of questions I asked quickly answered. Install was efficient and tidy, and post install follow up chats really helpful. Prices are excellent - I hunted around a lot to compare. Highly recommended.

  BEWARE !! Sunlight may have an impressive web site , but their after service is woefully lacking. My company has a £30M (property development) pipeline so you would think they would give my personal needs proper consideration. WRONG - despite several calls before Christmas to rectify problems in my own home, they failed to call back- and I’m still waiting late January. My strong advice - look elsewhere.

  Hi Mae, really sorry you are leaving a bad review as our understanding is you have had info from both the heat pump manufacturer and the plumber we put you in contact with that the issue you have with no heat in one of your rooms is a faulty TRV valve on a radiator. At the time of the heat pump installation in 2023 it appears the radiators were working but this was not part of our installation for you and would not be covered under the heat pump manufacturers warranty or our work warranty. It is a common radiator fault that is straight forward to fix and can be done by a regular plumber not a heat pump engineer. During winter we will prioritise customers with heat pump issues and we have directed you to Which? recommended plumbers in your area to resolve this for you. Rest assured if you have an issue that is related to our heat pump installation or any equipment we did install we will respond as per our work warranty or that of the manufacturer.

  Having been told by a competitor that our battery was dead and needed replacing, we decided on a second opinion from Sunlight, who successfully created new life in the existing battery, at a price just a fraction of the cost of a new battery. Watch out for companies who offer a swift solution at a high price.

  Sunlight Future were recommended to us by a friend as a solar panel installer who would do a good job at a fair price and that was our experience. From the initial survey through presenting the possible options, answering queries and then carrying out the installation we were impressed with their expertise and efficiency in carrying out the work. The system is performing as expected and we are delighted with the result. The only glitch in the process, the disposal of tiles removed, was rapidly sorted. Overall, thoroughly recommended.

  Great service from an excellent company- Sunlight Future were the most competitive on price of the companies we contacted and they were brilliant from start to finish, always communicating well and keeping us informed. The guys who carried out the installation were very professional and competent and were also really nice and friendly too. Very highly recommend this company.
