  I first contacted the company in early January whilst in the process of purchasing a property. Old paperwork showed that the company had provided solar services in 2016. Ben was really helpful. He promised to call me back which he did within 90 minutes and was very informative, answering any questions I had. We have recently completed on the sale. I spoke to Gemma this week who was also very helpful and advised me what I needed to do to set up our FIT Tariff with the Energy supplier. I will be arranging an appointment for someone from the team to come out and service our system based on great customer service and knowledge.

  It took a long time to get the panels and battery installed but I did place the order at the height of supply problems and interest in solar power. Friendly team and neatly installed. A few teething problems but I'm seeing a large reduction in my electrical usage.

  very impressed with my recent installation of a 4kw system and 4.8kw battery.Dan the instaler was exceptional! I have a shared drive and the scaffold was put up on the Friday and taken down 8am Saturday morning .I'm saving 50% in my first week.highly recomend them

  The company left scaffolding up for three months whilst trying to fit the panels. They carried out a cursory survey which proved wholly inadequate. They left a large hole in our roof for several days, which they failed to inform us of. Eventually they told us that our roof was unsuitable for solar panals, possibly because the tiles are brittle and it would cost them money to replace broken tiles. Finally I am still waiting to be refunded my deposit. I have to say some people in our village had a much better experience of this company and it has been difficult to get scaffolders.

  Pleased with recent installation (October 2022). Already seeing a reduction in our electricity bill, even in winter. We were unlucky when a component in the system failed but Solar Power GB had an electrician with us within 2 hours to get us reconnected to the grid. That was on a Sunday night in the freezing cold, so much relieved.

  Beware of this company, had nothing but problems since first dealing with them. Have left me with a useless, not working battery system, even taken parts of it away for “testing” well over a year ago to never be returned or repaired. This company has cost me over 10k in losses

  I cannot praise this company enough . Within two weeks of first contacting this company , we have had 10solar panels fitted and take great delight in reading the meter and seeing how quickly we are generating our own electricity . The work was completed by three excellent engineers who were a joy to have working on our home. They were polite , respectful and professional. Making sure that gates were closed to prevent dogs going awol. The panels look very neat Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Solar GB to everyone. We look forward to zero electricity bills .   I had a growatt inverter from this company and they are very polite and courteous, the guy that fitted mine was so tidy as well. He also explained everything very clearly. Will definitely use this company again.
