1Do not use these clowns. We called them out at 7pm explained we had problem with heating, they had been out previous evening & said there was air stuck in pump & all was good… we made them aware we have a sick child that had just been discharged from children’s hospital & the cold would affect his disease. We where told someone would be out & they would call us when they where on their way, after 4 hours we called again however no one was picking up, we searched the internet & found another contact, whom told us they would contact them & explain our urgency that we had no heating or hot water. My husband sat up all night waiting yet it is now the following day 11.30am still no one has had the decency to call us & guess what no surprise there no one answering the phones! Read the reviews they speak for themselves…..This is BSW Haywards heath.

1I am ment to have a boiler service but they just make appointments for you . Have texted them serval time but just ignored. Then they call when you are out. Also gives you a time between 1 and 5 as if people don’t have anything to do with their lives. I have waited in for them and not even turned up

1Complete cowboys, dishonest, uncapped pipe work, failed to eithed remove or cap and make safe after months of chasing, ruinied my flooring. Falsed gas saftey cert, aggestive

1My elderly mother has had no heating or hot water for over a week, and BSW Heating have done absolutely nothing to resolve it. An engineer came, said a part was missing, and promised to return — never did. We’ve had no communication since, and I’ve spent hours on hold (over 3.5 hours once while number one in the queue). We were told someone would come between 6 PM and midnight or at least bring a heater — but at midnight, they called to say no one would attend. When I tried to complain, their staff (Sophie) even told me I couldn’t complain directly to BSW until I challenged her. Completely unacceptable service — zero communication, zero care, and no urgency. My mother has been left in unsafe conditions, and it’s shocking that this company handles housing repairs for vulnerable residents.

1Came out twice in a week for the yearly service forgot to reset the thermostat phone up but as it's in my daughter's room that doesn't like the noise it makes you can wait for 2 days even though the alarm is going off the whole time

1Would give 0 stars if I could! My friend moved into her property last Wednesday, so she has been there a week today, she has a young infant & has been left to stay in the freezing cold property with no heating or hot water, IN WINTER!! BSW were supposed to come out the day after she moved in to do a gas safety check and turn everything on for her, they told her to stay and wait for them to turn up between 1-5pm, my friend waited all day and no one turned up, she called up again and she was told to wait up untill 12am and someone will come between 5pm - 12am, so she waited up untill 12am and absolutely no one turned up. Waiting up till 12am for someone to do a gas check & turn everything on is ridiculous in itself! She phoned them up when no one turned up all for them to say the exact same thing day after day, how she will have to wait indoors all day the next day etc… She has been sat indoors in a freezing property with her young child waiting for SIX days for these workers to turn up and no one has turned up & they keep telling her the same thing, to wait for the next day! She even phoned them up to make them aware that her child is prone to getting unwell in cold conditions & the call handler was extremely rude saying “you’re not the only person without heating or hot water”. Absolutely disgusting & inconsiderate!! This company is honestly appalling and the way they treat their customers is vile! Avoid at all costs!

1The technician who I had to unfortunately deal with was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I really regret not reading all the reviews before, which would have saved me the hassle. Their quality of work was poor at best - they just didn’t care whatsoever and that was blatantly obvious. I’d recommend avoiding at all cost.

2After 21/2 years my hot water tank problem is fixed. Earlier attention to detail by BSW would have solved things quicker I feel.
