  Sadly, my experience with the TLGEC has been shockingly poor. They did a great sales job but the install was mediocre - they didn't talk me through the set-up nor did they understand how the app to control my battery storage worked - the engineer told me to google some YouTube videos! However, my biggest concern is the aftersales service - it has been appalling. My batteries stopped working within hours of the engineer leaving the house and ever since then (it's been over a month), I have been chasing almost daily to get the issue(s) resolved. They referred me to Fox support and I have had to deal with Fox directly which shouldn't be the case. Calls are never returned, emails are ignored and when I do eventually manage to speak to someone, false promises are made. It's been a nightmare. I am now seeking legal advice as this is not acceptable. In a nutshell, they are probably great if things go smoothly, but when things go wrong - they will not respond. I would avoid this company at all costs!

  Good install but terrible after sales service despite big promises from the sales person. I was told that someone would be available to answer my questions all the way through the process when in reality they just respond with a link which does not answer your question. Any follow ups were ignored. In addition their advice is questionable, when asked the question “ Do the battery’s have enough capacity to download overnight all of the power that we expect to use on average the next day or is there a shortfall?” The written response was “ Using either of these tariffs, the Tesla Powerwall 3 with the DC expansion pack will be able to offset 100% of your current daytime energy usage” which is quite simply not the case. When asked to install an extra expansion pack so that we can cover the electricity used they upped their original quoted price by over 40pcnt. When it was suggested to them that they should honour their original price because it was their mistake they did not want to know.

  Simon and his colleague were very knowledgeable and helpful. In addition to the service, they undertook the cleaning of the panels despite not knowing that I had agreed that extra task with TLGEC.

  Little Green Energy supplied and installed a Tesla Powerwall integrating it with my existing solar panels. It was a complicated installation with the electrical work in a confined space. They were particularly good at setting the system up to carefully match my Octopus Tarrif so that I get maximum benefit from the night rate. The Tesla system predicts the amount of sunshine the following day and only imports the night rate units needed. A good job well done.

  Very dissapointing that they won't consider an installation for us as we have a listed building. I was told by them to get planning permission first... Surely this is part of the job of that installation company as it requires drawings etc etc...

We can give quotes on listed buildings and can assist with the application once we've done a remote survey (if we believe the building is suitable for an installation).   It has been a positive experience dealing with TLGEC. We deliberately chose a smaller company and have not been disappointed. I feel we were well advised as to the best set up for our property. After a very smooth delivery and attachment of the panels there was some delay before the electricians were able to complete the installation which was frustrating. When on site they were efficient and thorough and spent time making sure we knew exactly how everything works.I have given a 4 star review only because of the delay.
