    I have always had such a great experience when speaking to Karen and Emma in the office. Karen is always so kind and helpful and they both make sure everything runs smoothly for me. Thank you girls

    Had a new boiler installed that stopped working properly just days after switching it on. Repeated visits by numerous “engineers”, all of which couldn’t fix the issue leaving my household, which includes a 65 year old grandparent, without hot water or heating during the coldest months of the year. Southern Housing and their new parent company also gets some blame for hiring these companies. It feels like another incompetent bunch, much like my past experiences with Robert Heath heating. Avoid all mentioned above like the plague.

    Absolutely ridiculous we booked an engineer to come and fix boiler but he didn’t show up yet he tells the company he came and nobody opened the door. We have a camera we can see yet they lairs

    If I could rate this company 0 stars I would Fitted a new boiler Friday 24th march the fitter called dave left us with heating on full blast any very rude when I ask how to turn it off so when dave left I was left with heating on full heat and went to the thermostat and turn it off but hour later heating has not gone off and no hot water even know the boiler has got a tap showing with flame but no hot water so I rang my landlord settle housing hertfordshire out of hours regarding this straight away and today is Sunday 26th so had not hot water since Friday 3pm and now writing this email sunday 26th 16:55 so the fitted came out an hour ago and can't fix it saying it is an electrical problem with boiler nothing he can do so still no further forward so rang tsg and got through to Ellis which really he couldn't care less about it so I didn't recommend this company settle housing in hertfordshire did so be careful when wanting a new boiler and please don't say it sometimes happens you have not offered us a family any hot water facilities only to email a maintenence on a Sunday

    There is a member of staff who books the appointments who is incredibly rude, she screams at you when you tell her an appointment is not suitable as you are at work, she actually told me she can book me in for whenever she likes and if you aren't in she gets the council to send "a community protection notice" for antisocial behaviour. I recently had electrical rewire done. There is trunking all over the house now. Left a mess for me to clean up, still finding bits of wire and plaster weeks later. Put in massive smoke alarms in on every ceiling. Been waiting a month now for them to come and fix my water leak. 4 Litres of water an hour being lost which I have to pay for as on a meter. Every interaction I have with these people leave me suffering from anxiety.

    Terrible company. They send threatening letters to tenant regarding Gas Safety Checks. To make matters worse they will cancel your mutually agreed appt date with less than 24 hours notice then text you another random date.

    Absolutely Disgusting service been left with massive boiler leak call them multiple time no one show up i don't even know how Cambridge City cuncil still use them they Absolutely terrible!!!

    Dreadful, had a new boiler installed about 3 years ago, constant loss of pressure and leaks, many many people turn up to fix it, last 5 mins then breaks down again. 100%not happy with the service. The person who installed the boiler made a complete mess on my walls and ceiling installing random rods to hold it in place. I was told myself to keep turning various switches to adjust pressure etc when it drops which is weekly. Absolute cowboys. Called again tonight as broken again was told 24hours I had to wait in this weather. Called again the lady said someone should definitely be here by 10pm, called again 10mins ago suprise suprise I was put on hold for 10mins and was then told if not tonight will be tomorrow. I requested heaters but that's also to much for them.

    Why can’t I choose 0 stars. If I could give 0 stars I would. I hope the council really look at these feedback from customers before renewing their contract again.

    Dirty filthy hot water engineer named Ossie, left rubbish and my floor covered in water and told me to clean it up myself as he was leaving. Wouldn't let anybody in my property from this company again given the choice. Had to complain about this to my housing association!
