  We had solar panels and a Tesla powerwall 3 installed by Mole Energy in January and couldn't be happier with the service. Communication was good throughout the process, including afterwards and the installation team were great to have on site. We got several quotes before deciding on Mole and they were very competitive and we're able to schedule us in promptly. The system is working great at powering our home and selling to the grid when the sun is shining :) Wouldn't hesitate in recommending Mole Energy to anyone else considering a solar and/or battery installation.

  What can I say, I'm super happy with every aspect of my solar/battery system. The whole process has been exceptional, the original install was flawless. What an amazing team- friendly, driven and their work was so elegant. When we wanted more batteries, we had no hesitation to get them in again. Good price and great customer support although haven't really had the cause to use, other than helping me to understand the App.

  Had solar panels and battery fitted in January. Mole energy are so professional and treat you as the customer. So pleased we went with them. Even our electrician said the installation was one of the best he has seen.

  Previously had solar panels installed by Mole energy a few years ago, and this time they installed a Tesla Powerwall 3. The install was performed faultlessly by Shane and Connor who went above and beyond to complete within the same day. They are a brilliant hard working team who are friendly and are very clean in their work standards. I'd recommend Mole Energy without hesitation.

  customer service absolutely sucks. Follow-up on requests is none existent. I've contacted mole energy twice through mole valley farmers (agent). .installation was not a good experience either installers have an attitude. sales are good though mole energy a company that has gotten too big and cocky for its own good on after-sales service

  Dear Mr Atkinson, Apologies for the delay in our response to you, via Google Business, but we needed to investigate your complaint thoroughly before replying. We are genuinely shocked by your review. Our records show that we carried out the installation over four years ago and were not made aware of any complaint by our customer at the time. On 21st June 2023 you contacted our Customer Services’ team, requesting specific post installation paperwork, relating to the installation at the property. You requested that this information be sent to an external organisation. Your request was actioned on the same day you contacted us. If there is any information you believe to be outstanding, please contact us personally and we will assist. We also have an After-sales team, dedicated to supporting our customers, post installation, now and into the future.

  Just had our panels installed by the team from Mole Energy. Superb service from start to finish and it was a real pleasure having their installation team with us all week. Very professional and would highly recommend them.

  Great service and to the point when it comes to whether solar energy is appropriate for our property....we have ended up buying two sets of panels now from the team at Mole Energy so churning out more than enough power! Keep at Mole Energy
