1They are a terrible service. The Housing officers have very inappropriate behaviour which is unprofessional behaviour and the system is terrible. It seems like the service never listens and makes everything too confusing wasting peoples time.

1No hot water for over a month and they keep cancelling the appointments. No alternative given other than shower somewhere else. Still paying full rent.

1Shambles of a company. If I could give 0 stars I would Fobbed off when I have damp/mould in a 1 bedroom house with a little boy who of which has been recently hospitalised due to respiratory problems. Can’t go and speak to anyone face to face- all over the phone to which they don’t seem to care. Just a 9-5 job to them whilst we’re all left to suffer. AVOID AT ALL COSTS- REVIEWS SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES

2Well just moved into a bungalow with these I have several serious health issues & due to miss internal communication I was left for over an hour at the property waiting to view & sign the tenency there is no mobile signal here & if I hadn't finally got through to someone I would still be waiting now. The bungalow has had extensive refurbishment including a new kitchen but the quality of workmanship throughout the property is poor in some places with things like washing machine pipe points inaccessible, the cistern lid not able to seat fully, missing air vent cover, missing external drain covers, door latches not working, night storage heaters not working, the list goes on the biggest let down is the garden a huge area (968 square foot) that is a mix of builders rubble, sand, concrete laid areas (not level or square) and other non soil items I asked about this before moving in they told me a contractor would be doing it then on the day I moved in I looked and all that's been done is he's thrown seeds all over it 70% is not even soil so no garden will grow. I emailed them a complaint (which should have been the neighbourhood liasons job) they say they will reply within 3/5 days it's now day 12 & no reply not a good start with this sub par association Its like chalk and cheese compared to my previous association Bromford where I could directly WhatsApp my neighbourhood liason these don't even give you their email address what is the point in having a goto support you can't even contact? Only good point is they have been quick after I booked jobs needed doing to come out aside from the garden! Ps do you really think people on here commenting want your false promises all you're doing by replying is thinking it makes you look better to be honest I think it's sickening and disgraceful

5I have to say I have little complaints. In fact as a wheelchair user they have been fantastic with rails and plugs and turning up on time and when needed. Started off slightly rocky but platform stepped and were more than fair. Thank you platform housing

1Absolutely shocking service. Had a meeting today with housing officer about anti social behaviour from my neighbour &breach of their tennancy but have just been ignored.left me no option but to contact environmental health&housing ombudsman. Disgusting &no support whatsoever!!
