1We’ve used Gas World for over six years, but were very disappointed by a recent repair. We followed clear advice from their engineers to buy a spare part, only to be told it was wrong, then it turned out to be correct. Despite this, they refused to fit the part because it wasn’t purchased through them. Their responses to our concerns were unfriendly and dismissive, with no ownership of the conflicting advice or confusion caused. Poor handling from a company we once trusted.

5Two coal effect gas fires serviced. Technician arrived on time and completed the services including checking the flue and addressing comments raised by another gas company regarding our precast flue.

1Been a customer for 8 years. Boiler broke down just after 4 pm so rang them spent 2 hours trying and leaving messages. No so called out of hours service. No replies NOTHING. What's the point. No water or heating. We are in our 80's wife just out of hospital after a big op feeling cold. Bloody SHOCKING. Not the first time. Neighbours suffered too. Done the whole estate now not interested.

We are sorry you are unhappy with our service although we are disappointed that your have left such a negative review purely on the basis we did not answer our office number during none working hours. Our offices are open from 7am until 4.30pm after which time we operate an out of ours call out service to our in-warranty and Heat-Cover service plan customers, to whom an emergency number is provided. Unfortunately we never received any calls from yourself yesterday during office hours and on responding to your messages on our office line this morning it was identified that you were calling on behalf of your neighbours who, although a regular service customers, are not signed up to one of our plans where out of hours calls are provided. Having spoke to yourself and your neighbour this morning, we offered to attend today to rectify the issue however we were informed that you have already arranged for another company to attend on their behalf. Your neighbour did advise that they have always been extremely happy with our service and will continue to use us in the future. We will also send them the details of our heat-cover plans that they may give them piece of mind in the future should another issue occur.

5Really good profesionals, Mark was an excelent plumber, they work quick, clean, he answer all my question with patien, he explain very well and in general I feel confortable the three days that toke them to do a complete new central heating installation in my house, I am stil very happy with the Boiler. Maybe I was just lucky but I think they were awesome
