  The receptionist was very dismissive and unwilling to listen when I requested to speak with the business owner regarding a potential collaboration. Despite clarifying that it wasn’t a sales call, she interrupted and insisted they weren’t interested without hearing me out. This interaction may reflect poorly on the business, as it could result in missed opportunities. I recommend refraining from further contact!

  Excellent service from Navitas. Supply and installation of a domestic 6kWp roof mounted system complete with Tesla battery and EV Charger. Navitas listed to my needs and recommended products that all worked together. Installation was incredibly efficient with a complete period of 1 week. and that included the erection and removal of the scaffolding. I find that requesting your tradespeople to agree a removal date for the scaffolding is a great help, otherwise it can take a few weeks to get it down. Navitas had it removed the day after installation. Talking me through the install and operation of the system was very helpful. All paperwork and test certs were supplied the following week. Thoroughly delighted with the system, my only problem now is that i spend most of my life fixated on the Tesla App and turning things off in the house to try prevent grid import.

  Getting solar panels installed with Navitas was such an easy process. They did a quote, did the job when they said they would, acted in a timely manner when there was a problem and fixed it. All straight forwards. Plus the installers had excellent communication skill on the job the explain the why and how they where doing the work. They were respectful of my home, my animals and me. The back office where also great to work with. The communicated well and clearly and responded to my queries quickly.

  I would not hesitate to recommend Navitas for your solar and battery installation. They were super helpful at every stage of the process and not pushy sales wise. They were helpful with installing the battery and panels at different times to coordinate with my building work and were very efficient as well as being friendly and pleasant to be on site. All aspects of the installation are neat and tidy and look good inside and out. After care also excellent- I had a leak in the new roof and Tom came to assess promptly and was extremely helpful, even though the problem was actually unrelated to the Solar fixings in the end. Thanks very much!
